Does this sound familiar? A man in a hot air balloon realised he was lost. He reduced altitude and spotted a?

He shouted excuse me can you help? I I don't know where I am.
The woman below replied Youre in a hot air balloon hovering approximately 30 feet above the ground. Youre between 40 and 41 degrees north latitude and between 59 and 60 degrees west longitude.

Well answered the balloonist everything you told me is
technically correct but I've no idea what to make of your information and the fact is I'm still lost. Frankly you've not been much help at all. If anything you've delayed my trip.

Well said the woman, you don't know where you are due to a large quantity of hot air and you expect people beneath you to solve your problems. The fact is you are in exactly the same position you were in before we met but now somehow its my f***ing fault!

Sonny needs 40 minutes to assemble a cabinet. Tito needs 20 minutes to assemble the same cabinet. How long will it take them to assemble a cabinet if they work together?

A hot air balloon changes its altitude to 2 200 feet in 50 minutes. what is the rate of change in altitude?
1st question: Same as the first answerer said. You need to find how many cabinets they can make in 40 min divided by the amount of cabinets they made. So:
Sonny = 1/40 Tito = 1/20 or 2/40 (add them)
Total = 3 cabinets in 40 minutes so 40/3 = 13.3 min
2nd Question: You need to find the feet which the balloon flies up per minute. So you go
2200/50 = 44 feet per minute or 44f/min
