photoshop question !?
10 points to the most simple to understand helpful answer
say you have a picture of a hot air ballon in flight.you've cropped it so that its only a hot air baloon with a blue background.how woul you eliminate the blue background without deleting it.also tell me about layers , feathering and stuff like that.
There is a lot to say about feathering and such, layers are pretty simple to use and I can link you to a good website.
To eliminate the blue select your magic wand tool
Set the tolerance (top left in photoshop) of about 60.
Click on the blue space, check to see if it has all of the blue highlighted. If so, just hit del and get rid of the blue.
If its not getting all the blue, turn the tolerance up and try again.
You can then drag that baloon into another picture, or drag the whole layer into another picture for mixing the two.

2 and 8 surely get a "B".
3, 6 and 7 might have a component of increased fluid speed > decreased pressure so they are a "Maybe"
1 is just bad luck, 4 and 9 are Archemede's Principle, 5 and 10 are just the mechanics of pressure.

Steve Fossett was trying to locate an area with a flat dry lakebed as a place to try for a future land-speed record. I find this quite odd since it is not like we do not know already where the dry lakebeds are.
But since Steve Fossett was scouting for such a location he almost undoubtedly had cameras onboard his plane. The Aliens probably knew about his cameras since even if a given Alien species is not telepathic their ship computers no doubt automatically monitors all local human phone and radio communications. The Aliens are like the Amish in that they do not like having their picture taken. So if he flew too close to one of their “Phoenix Lights” ships or one of their other Alien space ships they probably had no choice but to abduct Steve Fossett plane and all, due the cameras that were aboard his plane. I hope they did not also fire one of their “Scrutch Guns” at his plane
Another possibility is that Steve Fossett flew to the South-East towards Groom’s Lake and “Area 51”. I hope he did not get too close to “Area 51” and was not captured near “Area 51”; in which case we may never know if the Grays, the Reptilians, or the U.S.A.F. have him.

It's worth it if you're into great views and great photo opportunities. Not so great if you're afraid of heights. I would advise against going on a windy day because even though it's quite large it REALLY sways in the wind!
