Hot Air Balloon Firework

at 7.34pm what did i see?

i saw a red light not flashing traveling in a straight line going up further and doubt it was a helicopter,plane,hot air balloon or any sort of veichle and it was traveling at a limited speed (slow but not so sure coz it was so high up) and it wasnt any sort of lanturn because there was a lot of wind and it was not a firework,give me a decent answer.
no not a car coz cars cant fly plus it looked like a spark from a firework but wasnt coz it lasted too long and its come back!what do i do phone the police?
it was bright like a flash from a firework but it lasted too long and it was really high up i mustv been following it for 2 hours then i turn my back for a second and its gone.
it was not a toy laser simce the flash was too big plus the sky was clear
it wasnt a plane either coz every plane i see normally has a light that flashes

Technically, that's a UFO. Unidentified flying object, I am not telling you that that was an alien, but it was just unexplainable and indistinguishable then it is a UFO.

Maybe that was just toy laser, played by the kids for trick or treat.

Or maybe it was just a plane.
