Ride In A Hot Air Balloon

Ever taken a hot air balloon ride?
I experienced this sometime before in NSW, in the Liverpool area. Was great.
Yes, I did, in South Australia. place called Tanunda., in the Barossa Valley, there was chicken and champagne breakfast afterwards. THE most fantastic experience. So quiet up there, eerily beautiful.

I may not feel like bungee jumping or skydiving in the near future, but I wonder what it would be like to ride a hot-air balloon.Must be fun!
You ask a good question! I’ve kept coming back to this all day and I really couldn’t think of anything. How sad is that? OR, maybe I am pretty happy with my life (I am).Tonight, I thought of some:I would travel Europe – not just the trendy spots but all the beautiful remote areas.I would ride in a hot air balloon – in the morning to see the sunrise and again, at night to see all the lights.I would stay in the fanciest hotel on the planet and pretend I was someone famous.I would drive 200 mph in a race car.I would do a zip line in some exotic place.I would join the mile high club.I would adopt a child.I would sing on American Idol (okay, way too old for that, so maybe, America’s Got Talent?)I would do stand-up comedy.I would spend the afternoon just hanging out with Ellen Degeneres, Betty White, Whoopi Goldberg and Bonnie Hunt because I like to laugh and they all treat animals well.I would volunteer at elephant or giraffe sanctuary. I would dive for sunken treasure. That’s it (for now).
Nope, I'm afraid of heights 2 much. I have to travel to a country other than my own b4 I die.
Very cool photo, it’s on my list of things to do before I die (my bucket list if you will) to ride in a hot air balloon. Hope I get a sky view like this one!!! Enjoy your vacation back home, I’m sure it will be great but I imagine it will be just as great to go home as well. In Norway they say, Borte bra, men hjemme best!! Big hugs from me

Wow…
1. I share quite a few with you! NOrthern lights, reverse tithe, surf weekly, visit Napa, the Promised Land, take a year off of work, and buy a Harley.
2. Ooh learn how to bartend and the villa at Kea lani (never thought of those!)
3. What's SEMA? I know why you want to go to Ireland!!
4. Add to my list…ride a hot air balloon (even though it would freak me out!!), missions to my dad's homeland, Rota and take a riverboarding instructor's class in New Zealand, buy a stretch Mini Cooper–hybrid and convertible if possible.
Yay, Julie. Thanks for the inspiration!
Hi Dayna!
It is me Frani. I think this is great. Of course Grandma Tommy would be so proud of your writing and you. No one would believe the wild things that she did. For her 65th birthday Marcia gave and Grandpa Kenny a ride in a hot air balloon. She went twice. She even wanted to go hang gliding and I think she did. She was the most honest and truthful person in this world. If you wanted a real answer and an honest won just ask Tommy. If you wanted it sugar coded don't ask her because blunt was her middle name. She was tough but had the heart of gold. I really miss Aunt Tommy. Had so much fun at Heidi's school yesterday. Her kids are great and so is she.
A dog first went to space, while a sheep, a rooster and a duck caught their ride in a hot air balloon.
